Learn the Art of Lifecasting
Are you interested in learning how to make your own lifecasts?  We now offer individual and group instruction in lifecasting.  We offer partial day, full day, and multi day hands on workshops.  Please contact us by e-mail or by telephone for further information.  Watch our web site for information on group workshops that are being formed.

A Sculpture:
A Lifecasting is a sculpture that is cast from a mold that is made directly from a person's body. The finished lifecasting is a piece of fine art that you can be proud to display in your home.

Lifelike:
Each person's body is unique and special in its own right. All through history, artists have tried to convey this uniqueness in their work. By making a mold directly from a person's body we can capture not only the shape of the body but all of the details and expressions that make each person unique.

Comfortable and Safe:
In order to capture the essence of a person who is sitting for a lifecasting, it is important that they feel both comfortable and safe. Our Lifecasting studio is designed for privacy and for the model's comfort. Prior to every modeling session we meet with the client to review the lifecasting process and to discuss the pose that the client is interested in. The client is encouraged to bring along their spouse or a friend to the modeling session to observe or to take photos. The products we use are natural and non-toxic and the primary molding material can even be used internally. In some ways the lifecasting process is like going to a spa for a body wrap or mud bath.

Fast:
Our client's comfort is always our first consideration. Holding a pose for an extended period of time can be uncomfortable even for a professional model. Our process is very quick. Most molds take less than 30 minutes to complete and remove from the client. Once the mold is removed, the Lifecasting sculpture is cast within a few days and the final sculpture is complete in just a few weeks.

A Unique Experience:
The experience of having a mold and sculpture made of your own body or that of a loved one is a unique and exciting event. The final sculpture is not just a piece of art that you purchased, it is actually a collaboration between the artist, the person commissioning the Lifecasting or the person who is the subject of the lifecasting.

Why Commission a Lifecasting?

A Lifecasting is a work of Art:
There is nothing more unique or beautiful in nature than the human form. All through history artists have sought to capture this beauty in their work. A Lifecasting is a unique, original sculpture created from your body, or from the body of your loved one, that you can be proud to display in your home.

Preserve Memories in Three Dimensions:
Few things are as precious as our memories. We preserve these memories in photographs, videos and, now, in digital images. A Lifecasting preserves memories like no other medium, in three dimensions. A Lifecasting is a memory that you can reach out and touch.

Document Changes in Your Life or Body:
One of the few things in life that is certain is change. Some change we can control, most we can't. A Lifecasting can document important or exciting changes. A Lifecasting might be made of a woman while she is pregnant or of a child's face at different ages. Would you like to preserve the memory of what you looked like when you were in the best physical condition of your life? Do you want to compare how you look before and after some change in your body or in your life? Nothing is more realistic than a Lifecasting Sculpture.

A Romantic or Erotic Gift:
Songs and advertisements tell us that there is nothing like "the real thing." Go beyond the boudoir photo, make an exact replica of "the real thing." A Lifecasting Sculpture can be made of even the most sensitive and intimate parts of the body. Entice, tease and excite the one you love with the most unique gift. The Gift of You!
